Event highlights:

Konsole Group brings another episode of an intriguing session which was aimed, at providing, a robust learning platform, for the holistic development of its employees. Recently 31th episode of Like-Share-Comment was organized on January 29, 2019. Co-founders, CEO, employees of Konsole group and Like Share Comment community were eager to welcome our special guest for the day, Mr. Chittaranjan Rao, an alumnus of Oxford University. He addressed Konsolers and shared his own life experiences.

Snippets from the keynote:

The session began with the technical aspects of customer engagement and customer-centric approach in the business where our guest speaker told the importance of contemplating these aspects that could skyrocket any business strategy. He also discussed, about the agile development of the product that is highly conducive to the customer-centric business approach. Overall, the entire discourse was highly engaging where konsolers were told the esoteric aspects of the product development process.

All the konsolers took active participation in this intriguing session where they asked questions, regarding pricing strategy of a product which was elaborately explained by our guest speaker. He also discussed, about the critical time, of launching a product in the market, metaphorically comparing the timing of it, which is as crucial as launching a satellite in the universe. The discourse then navigated from startup culture in India to the evolution of technology that is gradually reducing the humane labour.

Life changing experience:

Apart from, the technical aspects of the discourse, he shared some of his experiences while traveling abroad. He mentioned, about the resurrection of Japan which took place over the time, even after being devastated by the United States.

He specifically told, about the working hours of Japan which is far greater than any other countries, ranging from the morning to the midnight, is the testimony of inspiration, relentless effort and perseverance. Our guest speaker has been cosmopolitan, so he could learn about the various customs in different countries.

He told about the mandatory military training for both male and women in Israel which shows their unity and strength. He also shared his experiences of being a vegetarian in the foreign soil and his subsequent difficulty, where destiny itself took the hands of his, getting him vegetarian food everywhere after the stint of a problematic situation.

Reaction of the attendees:

Konsolers were overjoyed, listening to his enriching experience that got everybody present there a valuable lesson. This episode of Like Share Comment was filled with laugh, enriching experience, inspiration and question-answer session. Our guest speaker cheerfully responded to every question and session concluded with the group photographs and memento presentation.
